Went here mid afternoon to (June 19, 3024) grab a bite. There’s a long line and quite a lot of people.

The staff are okay except for the cashier named “Joy Ann” who seemed unhappy with her job. I ordered the combo 1 which costs ₱109. I gave her ₱1009 cus that’s all I have and she asked me if i have smaller bill and i told her the smallest bill have is ₱50. And then she got pissed off and started mumbling how she is annoyed/irritated that she have to get their small bills for my change like as if it was my problem for them not having change. I even told her to give me the change later but she chose to be irritated.

Whoever’s managing this branch, kindly pls train this lady with some proper basic customer service etiquette. You can’t be acting like a child and get annoyed to the customer who hasn’t done anything but give you a business. What a shame to be acting like that as if I scolded her. I did try to help her out...

The place still sells the best donuts in town, that's why I'm giving it 5⭐️ in food!😋🥯 The counter crew could have improved a bit their service by being more cordial to customers, not like appearing bored while waiting for the customer's finalization of orders. My big issue on service during my visit was, while I was trying to relax while siooing my coffee early in the morning, the lady guard was so busy cleaning / wiping the glass pannels obstructing my view outside. I understand that she was just doing her job but at least, she shoul also consider not to be too close to an EATING customer while cleaning. Kids' fave snacks. My son and daughter ordered and was overcharged today and was not given a receipt. I was waiting at our table. I asked my son how much he paid and as we counted it he was charged for an extra doughnut. Told him to go back to the cashier and the cashier did not question my son for more details about the transaction and did not ask for a receipt but instead, she right away gave my son the extra charge amount. I don't know if she knew she made a mistake and was waiting for us to ask her or whatever. But glad we got to pay for what we only buy. And the food...
