The Dining Room — Restaurant in Dumaguete

I was fortunate enough to be invited to a friend's mom's belated birthday dinner here. I really have to commend the food here. Everything is fantastic and tastes amazing. The dishes are unique and flavorful, and I dont think you could find most of them anywhere else in the city. The service is quite good. The waiter was very attentive, though because it was a Friday night there were plenty of patrons so his attention had to be spread thin. I ordered skewers but they ended up not being served, maybe he had forgotten. Though at that point we were all so full that it was better we didnt get that order in the end because we wouldnt have finished it. The place is beautifully decorated and has a refined atmosphere. We had our lunch there already 3 times and we love the place. They dare to be different with their menu and it shows. Tastefully prepared. Tables have real and good cutlery. Staff is friendly, pays close attention to your needs and meals are served to everybody at the same time.
