Blake’s Wings & Steaks delivered an incredible feast, and everything we ordered was absolutely delicious! Here’s a breakdown of the flavors and textures:

Family favorite foods Mozzarella sticks: sets the tome of the dining experience. (8/10) Kani Salad: live the vinaigrette! This is my comfort food here. (10/10l Ribs 💯 OG! It never disappoint (9/10) Garlic Parmesan (9/10) and Spicy Honey (9/10) chicken: it will leave you wanting moooore. Pesto Pasta: just the right balance (9/10) Truffle Cream Pasta: the truffle is not overwhelming. Mushroom elevates the taste (10/10) Porterhouse steak: Medium rare - medium is the best! It's juicy and flavorul (9/10) NY Cheesecake: has less or no gelatin. Atleaaast we didn't notice it. Sooo yum. (9/10) Palm size cookies: Just the right chewiness and so much chocolate with a hint of salt. It's a big yes! (10/10)
"Not our taste" foods Flat iron steak is most of the time over cooked. (5/10) Spicy Salmon pasta: no spicy at all. Mostly sweet. IDK. (5/10) Nachos: it taste good but not as much as we love other foods (7/10).
Service the staff are attentive and welcoming during most of our visit. I like that they wrap your take-home foods beside your table. slow billing process. We asked for our bill and it came after 5 minutes. Then it takes another 5 to get the machine for our card.
Ambiance they have industrial design that works well with their menu. warm lights are so inviting. the tables are mostly clean. There is one time when the table is quite oily but they addressed the concern right away.

We got there at 9pm but due to long waits, we were seated 30min later. First, I want to highlight that the foods are delicious, the salad was great and fresh, the steaks were well seasoned and cooked to our preferred doneness, the pasta was tasty and the dessert was good too.
What left a bad note to me is the service, I do understand we were past the closing time when we were seated, but before waiting in line, we did asked the staff if we can still dine, which they said YES. The tired waiter was visibly OFF, we had to eat so fast because we felt that the waiter was already really tired. The other table said, "We should eat slow since it is pricey.", which we laughed about. We couldn't finish the food and decided to wrap it up, the waiter annoyingly asked, "Even the steak?", referring to half-eaten t-bone of my friend which was still HUGE. They served the dessert last and we did not finish it and had to eat 1 scoop in a rush HAHAHA due the waiter's cold service and embarrassment to ask them to wrap our dessert for take-out as well. Despite this experience, we thanked the waiter for his service, but hopefully, even if it is not genuine, they would serve their customers with... More enthusiasm even past their service time. We still left a tip, for the inconvenience LOL.
