This is one of my husbandâs recommended cafĂ©s based on his online research.
I brought my toddler in a stroller, but unfortunately, I had to take him out and carry the stroller up the steps since thereâs no special access. I wonder how that works for people with disabilitiesâthis is definitely something they should address.
Once inside, we were greeted by the staff, who gave us options for seating. We chose to sit indoors since my friend needed access to a power outlet for work. The place is okay if youâre just working on emails, but I wouldnât recommend it for calls as it gets quite loud, especially when packed.
Hereâs what we ordered:
Hot Latte, Iced Spanish Latte, and a Croissant:
The croissant, a must-have for my toddler, was fresh, hot, and met his high standardsâhe loved it. The drinks were solid and satisfying. The latte tasted amazingârich, aromatic, chocolatey, and strong, just the way I like it.
Puttanesca: My friend ordered this, and it was rich and flavorful, with that perfect tangy, fishy taste. She polished it off, so thatâs an easy 5/5.
Rice Tapa Bowl: My momâs dish was perfectly cookedâchewy yet tender, with a balanced, delicious flavor.
Beef Salpicao Rice Bowl: This was my pick, and it was absolutely amazing. The beef was flavorful, not overly salty, and just right. The fried rice accompanying the bowls was perfectly cooked and complemented the dishes well.
The interior had a lovely beachy vibe that instantly made me think of Siargao (where they also have a branch). Itâs a welcoming, cozy spot with great aesthetics.
However, there are a couple of areas for improvement. Accessibility should be a priorityâpeople with strollers or disabilities deserve equal consideration and ease of access. Also, while the staff were friendly and smiley, they did seem a bit stressed, likely due to how busy the place was.
Overall, Iâd rate this spot 4/5. The food was fantastic, and the ambiance was great, but better accessibility and less stressed staff would elevate the experience even more. Iâll...

Read moresea salt latte is a must try. but the food was underwhelming in terms of how they were cooked.
we ordered savory pancakes, it was my first time eating pancakes that were tough enough to not be sliced by a cake. needed to use bread knife and even that was hard. bacon was nice though.
we also ordered katsu sando, same comment, the sourdough was hard to eat. it was not crunchy, just chewy like it was old already.
they also don't issue ORs and they don't serve iced water.
for their service, it was ok but the serving time is too long. even the bill took time even though there were a lot of servers.
good thing i liked about this resto cafe is their pricing though, i think it pairs well with the portion of the food. we weren't able to finish them in one sitting since they were huge. love the ambiance but it would be better to go on a dead hour since it gets really loud inside. nice interiors though, will come back for pastries and more coffee.
edit: just came back here earlier for cake (carrot cake which was so good) and coffee, both really good! we had a very pleasant visit which was honestly unexpected since my first impression of this place wasn't good. servers were very nice specifically appreciated our server who volunteered to correct our bill bec the 40% off from the pastry wasn't applied even though we didn't tell him about him yet. i appreciate his honesty, and of course his personality overall. would come back here definitely. nice for catching up especially if it...
