Chili's Power Plant Mall — Restaurant in Makati

FOOD Bottomless Tostada Chips and Salsa were extremely addicting! We ate these throughout our stay even when we were already full. They weren't too salty either.

Boneless Buffalo Wild Wings and Boneless Buffalo Chicken Salad were equally tasty but I'm more on the first one for the spice and bleu cheese.

Crispy Honey-Chipotle Chicken Crispers was my top choice. I used to order crispers plain with honey mustard but this one is special and I haven't tasted this at any other restaurant. Chili's has many food choices but this stands tall for my last visit.

SERVICE And now for the grand finale...Service! One of my crispers was seemingly raw dead center but I asked Mac for some clarity. He agreed and had the entire dish changed without hesitation. Later, he was kind enough to give a heads-up that it would take give minutes. Meanwhile, he gave us a complimentary cup of queso, refilling our tostada chips altogether; such a kind gesture! I must add, we were relentless with that very tasty dip! Water refills were proactively served.

Mac and his staff nailed it; terrific customer service! And to end this with a bang, our takeout came with an unexpected bag loaded with...

It’s been quite some time since the last I was in Chilis. Nothing much has changed except for the skyrocketing price of food! I mean I do not mind paying for an expensive meal as long as I get the satisfaction of having a delicious one.

I had the grilled salmon with rice and vegetables. Plating wise it looked perfect...however once you start to taste it your expectations may go down the drain. The vegetables (broccoli, carrots and squash) did not have the crisp and the rice seemed so “2 nights ago” and was too salty...the beans mixed with it made me think of bug eggs!! And the salmon tasted like something heated out of the microwave. That at PHP 700+ (still without the taxes!) And to add up to this disappointment, the lemonade was so “instant” tasting...not to mention a guy talking with a horrible accent so loudly from a nearby table!

Some people may find the place fun but the place looks too drab...I mean a Gilligan’s or similar places would look more fun at a lesser and affordable price... well, to each his own!

It took some time for me to visit this place...it will take again more time for...

Have had several outstanding meals at this restaurant in the past few weeks.

Food is consistently great and the service is wonderful!

The staff are so warm and welcoming in addition to being professional! Special thanks to the GM Nero, Managers Hazel and Ferdz, Beth, Sol, Aze and Madz! Have been to the Power Plant Chili's several times in the past few weeks and the food and service have both been consistently excellent!

Had the nachos and the beef soup. The nachos were hot and crispy with that fresh out of the oven taste that is what Chili's is famous for everywhere in the world.

The soup had great flavor and chunks of tender beef along with the vegetables and the crispy tortillas strings that give the soup a wonderful texture.

The service from my server Beth was outstanding and the General Manager Nero even stopped by to make sure that everything was correct with my food. I was very impressed by the attention that I received!

10/10 would recommend and I will be back for more great food...
