If you are on a budget, I recommend this place to you. The rooms are clean small but long so it doesn't seem very small. Wifi is good where there is street food around the streets. Staff are very friendly, and helpful. The only problem I had was the air conditioner was a little loud, I just put my earplugs in it was ok. Just leave your keys at the counter if you want your room cleaned when you go out. They close this "jail cell" gate at night where there is someone at reception 24/7. Worst hotel in Makati. Also known as Zen Rooms near Makati City Hall, probably to dodge the bad reviews. Staff was rude and not helpful, we were shown a room that has cockroaches in the sink and the floors under the bed was not even swept or mopped. And they had the audacity to even ask for a deposit. They transferred us to an acceptable room after we complained and became upset. Low water pressure in the showers, cable tv was not working most of the times. The room smell okay and clean. Staffs are happy and very accommodating. Pretty good enough for a couple with one kid.As a solo traveler this is great for me. Easy to to request from them,like a kettle and a cup. Slept well!not noisy,even in the morning you can extend your night. One bad thing is the red square pillows smell not good, seems they didn't change the cover,but I just put it one side and didn't use it.over all...
