The food and ambiance is really nice and excellent service. Kudos to Eunica for her generosity and hospitality. I want to give her 10 stars if possible.

The only thing I did not like is the afternoon tea timeframe of just being 1 Hour and 30 mins. Other luxury hotels have 3-4 hours for afternoon tea, this is the only hotel in the Philippines that has a very limited time of the afternoon tea itself. Considering we have to wait 15-30 mins for our order (which is normal and I’m not complaining), basically there is only 1 hour left to enjoy the place which is extremely too short.

Also, after we left due to being time-stricted, there aren’t any other following guest after, thinking there would be a line or other people will takeover our table, and we went there during weekends.

Wish their afternoon tea has a regular 3 hours duration, and not cut in half, because it’s really not sustainable for this strategy.

Overall, I really love the experience. Food, Ambiance and Service were all excellent with all 5-Stars rating but the duration of the afternoon tea is really what makes it disappointing due to being super short.

Suggestion, they can do the 1 hour 30 mins duration during peak seasons like Ber-months, holidays, events, etc., but make it 3 hours or more on a daily basis just like any...

Located at the lobby of the hotel, this place is quite magnificent! The macaroons are absolutely divine and around 40 pesos per macaroon (1$ CAN) and they have wonderful desserts that are delicious! The staff are wonderful and I suggest you take it all in because the place is elegant and refined! A perfect place to read peacefully! The tea is really worth it! I strongly recommend this place! By the way, please dress appropriately please out of respect for the quality of the place! If you guys want to try something that is not a restaurant in a mall, go here after work and have peace and quiet here!! I think like 20-25 people is the limit of the place because it is rather small.

Je vous le conseille fortement! C’est un endroit situé au rez-de-chaussée de l’hôtel ! Les macarons sont divines! C’est près de la qualité de la Durée (il y a aussi la Durée à Manille)! C’est un endroit tranquille ! Je vous conseille de visiter cet endroit magnifique!

Had an afternoon tea date with my husband. We had our reservations and we arrived on time. Ushered quickly at our table by the gracious staff. We enjoyed ourselves very much while having our tea. Was very pleased that an artist was performing that day with very good repertoire under his sleeve. It was indeed a good experience and very relaxing. Although i could have given a higher rating, had it not for the scones that kinda disappointing. I was looking forward to enjoying it but was not satisfied. Scones should be served warm to fully enjoy it with jam and cream. However, the entertainment fully compensated for that. Will return again for another...
