Good food at a good price. The ribs were soft with a delicious sweet bbq sauce. The sides were also satisfying, I think the garlic rice was the best.
Small complaints.
There is no washroom in the shop to wash my hands. At least offer some wet wipes to customers.
The glass for water was tinted yellowish, likely from age, so I didn't drink that water. But at least they offer free water as soon as you sit, that's a nice change from everyone expecting you to buy bottled water nowadays.
The red plates and cutlery look cheap, making the atmosphere feel less luxurious. The napkins too, small and fall apart quickly. Little details like these go a long way to make the experience feel more premium. (The plates just looked really old and used up)
One of the tables was wobbly, and the two tables didn't line up beside each other. See previous comment about perception of luxury.
The "marbled potatoes" menu item is misleading, they were fridge cold and covered in a dressing -- like a potato salad. The menu made it seem like they would be without sauce (I can't eat dairy products), and nothing suggested they would be cold potatoes. I thought they would be oven baked or something, why would I want cold food with my ribs.
Finally, the wait to receive food was really long, but probably because it was xmas weekend. Understandable, and I appreciate the staff for working through such a busy period, you're the real all-stars....

Read moreWe got the legendary pack and chose garlic rice and fries as sides. For the pasta, we had bolognese and bacon cream.
My momma said the garlic rice is flavorful. My 3-year old neice really liked the bacon cream pasta. Fries were okay. I personally loved the Grinchos which had a nice crunch and the dip was also good. The lemon herb sauce was not for us as the flavor was too strong.
The fam loved the ribs. It had a decent amount of meat and was really tender. The chicken also tasted good but the ribs were a highlight.
We ate there at around 2 pm on a Thursday. In less than 10 minutes, the Grinchos and pasta were served. I think it took around 20 minutes for everything to be served. For me, that works because we already started eating and didn't wait long enough to the point that we were starving. Before the main dishes went to our table, we had a bit of time to enjoy and digest the appetizers and pasta.
Service was also commendable.
We'll...
