McDonald's California Garden Square — Restaurant in Mandaluyong

I order on Kios machine everytime. I used mcdo apps and put the request to always remove onion and pickles since my partner is allergic but they keep messing up my order. I always approach them to make sure that pickles and onion will be removed.

Even the Manager there is familiar with me because I go there everytime to order the same food but they kept messing it up.

I really don't leave reviews but they messed up big time today. I ordered and talked to the cashier to make sure it will be removed but they still put onions so, I requested to give me a new one.

What I'm upset about is they couldn't take responsibility for what they did. They look iritated, they didn't make a new one, they just removed the onion, messed up the chesse, they cumbled the buns, they put a lot of pepper and salt to cover the remaining onions.

This branch is consistently slow. I already went here a few times on off-peak hours and it takes a while before I get my order. More than 10 minutes each time. There is a kiosk and a screen for “now serving”. But the “now serving” screen is useless because the person at the counter still calls out the number. Maybe they do this to make it appear in the system that they are quick. One time, my order got lost in their system because they already marked it as served, even if it’s not.

The food was excellent, but the atmosphere and service left something to be desired due to the staff's unpleasant demeanor. We politely requested ketchup and did not expect to be met with rudeness from the staff.
