This place isn't what it used to be. Food is now so-so, and service is downright horrible. Upon entering, the table given was barely cleaned. It still had puddles of liquid that remained unwiped. Menu was given, but the order slip was not. I had to ask two times for the order slip. The food was a bit of a wait, but that's normal and they even advice customers that the food will arrive in 15-20 minutes. The food itself is a long way from what it used to be. They're not bad, but they weren't that good, either. Whenever I needed something from the service crew, I had to ask at least two times, sometimes even more. Most of them are just in one corner chatting with each other. They were not accommodating at all--I even overheard one staff arguing with a customer for some reason. First time that I heard a staff member openly arguing with a customer. I also overheard several customers complaining about the slow service--just asking for the bill takes 15 or more minutes. At one point, I even heard the staff members arguing by themselves as to who was assigned to which table. Overall a terrible experience.

Environment: Clinically meant for the shopping mall where it lacks some uniqueness which some counterpart restaurants in the same vicinity have. Food and Drink: I still don’t get the concept of not having liquors/ beers/ wine in a place where you have the chance to rise because of it. So sparse choice of non-alcoholic beverage. What seems to lift the place are the chefs behind the open kitchen where they wait the orders with anticipation and spirit. It shows in the result of the food and flavours - it brings you to a good level of mouth explosion. Service: The professionalism of the chefs lifts the place balancing it to the lack of interest and vitality from the waiters. The place shouldn’t rely on it’s Michelin star reputation in Hong Kong.

OCT 2022 - FOOD is good however service needs to improve considering we had a late lunch (1pm) and other customers are done. - You have to ask for water several request before it is served. - Condiments is not readily available... requested and took some time to transfer from one table to ours. By the way, if you have kids they have new items in menu ASK always if the FRIED RIDE has chili or strong spices. Ordered porkchop with rice and my kid did not enjoy because its SPICY😔 In general kids love the other food items specially the DIMSUMS... We will be back but we'll check other branch... uptown mall might be better option, hopefully.🤞

We've tried this one michelin star chinese resto..and it lived up to its hype. I was surprised that the foods are inexpensive but of superb taste. I like how their servings were only enough for 2-3 people, like the foods won't ever go to waste and everything else on your plate will be that 'clean as you go'. Their baked bbq pork buns were shockingly beautifully baked, like how those buns were crisply and crumbly thin and it kinda melts on your mouth..like seriously you're gonna moan for its texture..though its bbq fill is too sweet for my palate. Their stir fried noodles was just enough for our taste -- like you're subtly satisfied. And the vermicelli roll with shrimp is also noteworthy! This is a real michelin star resto - deliciously presented on both our palates...

When a customer requests water from a serving staff, it must be requested three to five times to bring water. Why can't you remember when there aren't many customers and you're not busy? It's not just once or twice. It's like that every time I go. When I ask for a favor, he doesn't answer and makes an annoying face. The boss needs to train his employees. The boss needs to test how the serving staff behave through their friends. I am very unhappy with the service. It is necessary to replace an insincere employee. Most of the employees who work here are the same. Mall of Asia serving staff are very friendly. But Malate Robinson serving staff have a problem with attitude. I'll visit you next time and take a picture of the insincere serving staff and post it...
