Bad Bird x Tsukemen — Restaurant in Manila

Serving sizes were quite good though a little bit pricy Favourite had to be the rich tonkotsu ramen , I thought it was going to have a really thick broth by the looks of it but it wasn't too thick and it was just right , the broth was flavorful but not too overwhelming as well . I also really loved the tsukemen , it had somewhat of a fishy taste becauze of the bonito , but it elavated the dish , made me want to go back for the tsukemen ! The bad bird fried chicken on the other hand , we ordered the spicy flavor , and it was slightly spicy, tasted quite good but it felt like there was something missing ? The flavor of the skin was good though . The skin of the chicken was really crunchy as well to the point it could almost break my teeth , but i suppose its still good , just needed a heads up . 🌸Food - we tried the sharing platter and their serving was worth the price. I would recommend for you to try the "spicy" level that they have, but looking forward in trying the "chemical" level of spiciness. They have an offer today that once you spend 300 per person, you'll get free rice. Their Hush puppies also taste good but it was just too much for me since we're only two who finished the whole thing.

💮Staff/service - the staffs were attentive to our needs. Just raise your hand and they will go to your place.

🌸Place - it was quite clean. The ambiance is also good. But you can see their dishes that pilled up at the counter but it was not a problem at all.

🌺 Recommend - 👍 It was quite pricey but will definitely go back to try other meals since our experience was good

I am still gushing over the kimchi pork noodles I had for dinner!!!

It’s nice to see a more “formal” dining area of Bad Bird here at Robinsons Place. The interior is sparse but quite okay, nothing pretentious. The piped in music was muted and not disturbing. Do not be intimidated with the price...the taste and the portions do make up for it. And the service staff is so friendly and understanding.

And if you think the umami chicken is the star of the show here wait till you taste their noodles!!! I will definitely return. This will now be one of my favorite spots here...
