Italianni's — Restaurant in Muntinlupa

I considered Italiannis Festival Mall as my go-to-place for any family celebration or just being with myself to eat great dishes. Not to mention the standard Bistro experience that makes you feel special. Until today… I ordered Mussels Lombardi and 3 mussels were still closed when served. I think it was not thoroughly cooked and checked. My cutlery had residue of what it appears as adhesive We were seated in a less monitored dining area hence the extra difficulty to ask for assistance from the dining crew I requested for my Quattro Formaggio pizza to be packed for takeout, it was not included in my takeout bag There might be a good reason why these issues happened. However, I cannot accept the fact that got billed for a 7.5% service charge, which was not imposed in my previous dining instance with the restaurant. Moreover, customer survey was also not offered as compared before. Quite disheartening to experience the decline in the service quality after just a couple of months from my last dine in. I do not think I have a reason to consider this restaurant in my future dining plans. But the Osso Bucco...

The place is okay. We ate our dinner at around 7pm on Friday. Food is good.

However, we were disappointed on how the bartender or barista handled our complaint to one of our drinks which is the Bianca Sangria. At first I didn't notice that THERE WAS A FLY in my drink because it was small and was closed to the fruit. Thank God we noticed before I drank it, when we told them about our complaint they replaced it with a new one. The bartender was unprofessional as she gave us the new drink at our table, imagine she just shrugged it off and said "fly lang po yun, ma'am (it's just a fly, ma'am)" then walked away without even apologizing for what happened. Wow saying, "fly lang (just a fly)" and without saying sorry for the experience of the customer. What if the other customers were not that aware that their drink has an insect and they got sick without even knowing that it was because of that? I hope the management will observe this kind of behavior.

Also, their service was too slow as we observed when we asked for a bill out. It took 30min, and they will not notice if you won't...

Very expensive and, unfortunately, completely tasteless. It was disappointing, especially considering the 4.9 out of 5 star rating, which was the sole reason we chose this restaurant.

We ordered the quattro formaggi pizza, mushroom arancini, and the spinach & artichoke formaggio appetizer.

The four-cheese pizza barely tasted like cheese at all. I noticed a few sparsely placed pieces of gorgonzola, which, again, lacked any flavour. The smoked gouda and taleggio also seemed non-existent. I believe the main issue is that the pizza contains too much mozzarella, which tends to make the flavour bland due to the characteristics of this cheese.

We spent 2k pesos for all this, including two cokes, VAT, and the service charge. It was not worth it at all.

Please consider improving the quality and ratios of the ingredients to offer food that truly lives up to a 4.9-star rating - and is worth the...
