I was ordering some food when the cashier asked me if I wanted A La King. I asked if its already available since I am in a hurry. And she said yes. So I included some of it in my orders. After that, she said that I have to wait since some of my orders are not yet available, just 10 mins. After 13 mins, I asked where is my order? Then someone told me that the pies are still cooking so I still have to wait another 5 mins. I told them that they told me its already available when I ordered, and now they are telling me it is being cooked. So I cancelled it from my order. Read moreI recently visited the Jollibee branch at Festival Mall Alabang Ground Floor, and I was very disappointed with the service at the counter. The representative was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I asked for a water, she responded with an irritated tone and seemed annoyed that I was asking for that.
I expected better customer service from a well-known fast-food chain like Jollibee.
