A great yet underrated Japanese Fast food restaurant.
I frequently go to their branch at Megamall and really appreciate that they’re still in the fast food business race despite the proliferation of multitudes of Japanese Ramen houses and buffets.
This is probably one of the cleanest branches they have and the one that shows the least fastfoody in vibe.
I like how genuinely nice and polite the staff here are, from the cashier who took my orders, the manager that approved my discount even to the point of making really educational conversations specifically about their register being tech forward and only required thumbprint approval instead of card swipes.
I ordered takeout but was advised to eat the ice cream Mochi so I decided to follow their advice. They immediately served it while I waited for my takeout order. To my delight, this is the best tasting ice cream mochi I have ever tasted! Not just because it’s my favorite flavor of strawberry, but its consistency of the ice cream and the texture of the mala thin tikoy exterior. Highly recommended!
I was given my takeout bag after a few minutes by yet another cheerfully smiling staff.
If not for anything, I would have given this branch 100 stars out of ten for that alone.
May your branch prosper even more, Festival branch team! You definitely have a new returning visitor here. Multiple times even! Do not change, okay?

Read moreTried their regular-sized meals: the Gyudon with Cheese (₱250) and the Oyakudon Bowl (₱195), plus an add-on of Chicken Poppers with Miso Soup (₱99).
The serving portions were generous for the price — though if you’re not much of a rice eater, it might feel a bit too much. The Gyudon had tender, flavorful beef, and the torched cheese on top added a nice salty kick that tied everything together. The Oyakudon, on the other hand, featured soft chicken with a comforting blend of egg and onions — milder in flavor, but still satisfying.
The dining area was spacious and cozy, with warm lighting that made the atmosphere inviting. However, it was a bit warm inside since the restaurant is open and located near the entrance and exit. Service was quick, and our meals arrived in no time. Overall, a good spot if you’re craving hearty Japanese rice bowls that don’t skimp on...
Read moreI love Yoshinoya beef bowls. It was my first time eating in this branch. Normally, if I want Yoshinoya I go to the Glorietta branch. So, I was delighted to find out there is one here in the Alabang area. My horror started when my daughter ordered their Tantanmen ramen. She had a severe anaphylactic reaction. We had to rush her to Asian Hospital Emergency room. We found out from the supervisor/manager of Yoshinoya that there Tantanmen has peanuts. Peanuts are very strong food allergen and can potentially trigger life threatening allergic reactions. I wish that they would have been more sensitive to their ingredients and post warnings signs in their...
