🌸Food - Good place to satisfy your cravings for Shabu-shabu. Loved the Sukiyaki soup!! It's the best soup for me there. There is a wide variety of food that you can choose from vegetables, meat, ingredients for the shabu-shabu(such as fish balls, dumplings, etc. which you can see pictures below), noodles, fried foods, seafoods, sushi, desserts, fruits, ice creams (yoghurt and the normal one) and many more. There's also a wife variety of juices, beers, coffee or chocolate drink to choose from. I somehow find the choices limited but still good though. 💮Staff/service - the staffs are accommodating but some of them don't put a smile in their faces though. The service may be fast in some stations but some are not. They also get used plates on time. 🌸Place - its clean and I love that their cr is well maintained and they do have bidets and tissue. It's quite big and its a best place to celebrate some occasions. Well ventilated. 🌺 Recommend - 👍 would definitely go back

Place is properly kept neat and clean. Following great health protocol guidelines. Staff is well adept in keeping it that way specially social distancing. Food for the hotpot has good selection from pork and beef slices (3 kinds but great though), shrimps, vegetables (wide selection), white meat fish. As for the ala carte hot items, sushi (a little bland and dry), variety of chinese dishes (this is good by the way) is very good as well. Thier hotpot soup base has great selection as well. They offer both indoor and outdoor dining giving you a direct seaview al-fresco experience. Though I would like to see more items on their buffet and hotpot as I think they have ommited a large amount of items before the pandemic started. Other than that, I was pretty satisfied. Kindly give a LIKE 👍 if this helps! Follow ME for my other REVIEWS!

BAD EXPERIENCE. FIND ANOTHER PLACE. I would like to share our Bad experience regarding how we were treated the last time we dine in at 4 season MOA Seaside branch. (October 2024) We were charged for two extra person. But what we are complaining how they made us liars and swindlers. The front desk in charge blamed it all to us. The exact number of people who were dining at that time were present and they still insisted that there were two extra persons. They did not consider the FACT THAT THEY COULD HAVE CHARGE the wrong persons. We even demanded them to check ALL THE CCTV surrounded in our table. But in our dismay, they just stated that "we cannot confirm the identity of the persons". They made us as if we're swindlers/liars. We were insulted. We were embarrassed. We were professionals present there. Good for them this is the best we can do to complaint. And i would like to ask the management how can they fix this kind of situation? (We paid the 2 extra person they charged us by the way.) But how the situation was handled was really offensive. Never will i recommend this store to anyone. Add: As of October 22, 2024 The branch called, and asked for apologies. Apologies accepted. we/I have no against with the food and the rest. Just how the situation was handled. It's always how you made people feel. And hope mag learn sila.

First time eating here. A little confusing in the way they operate. Unlike the USA, where the food is cooked and ready to go, you had to cook your own. They did have a cooked line for food. The venue was big, and you had to wander around to find what you wanted to cook. There were lots of choices and a wide variety of food. You cooked the food in the hot pot at the table. The place was clean and well stocked. I saw a customer eating whole shrimp, but after walking the floor 3 times, I couldn't find any whole shrimp. We asked for the check, and after 10 minutes, if waiting my wife finally got up and went to the register to ask. Ended up not waiting for the check at the table and went straight to the register to pay. Nice place, but I don't think I'll come back again.

An all you can eat hot pot buffet - almost overwhelming selection of handmade dumplings, fish, and meats. Some sushi, grilled meats, dishes, salad, and appetizers also available. For me hot pot is a science at my local Cebu resturant - the visit here was overwelming and a second trip would be perfect as I would know exactly what I would want and how to setup my courses - I completely missed the shaved meats selection! Nice beer selection and hot sake included. Decent dessert bar to finish the meal. This is a true Asian restaurant and can be considered rather exotic for the less adventures (pigs ear, pork knuckles, and a section dedicated to intestines) - highly suggest trying Vikings Buffet - same restaurant group, for a more traditional experience.

I'd say the price is not worth it. Not a place you would crave to go back to. Very limited food choices. Nothing really special with the taste of the food. The tempura takes forever to refill. I waited for about 15 mins for the refill for it to be gone in seconds and I was not even able to get a single piece. The cook is like preparing 12 to 15 pcs of it per batch and you have to wait around 15 mins for the item to be refilled. The sushi taste bleh. I was really disappointed because for the price I was expecting really delicious sushi. Even their cakes and sweets were ordinary. The waiters took forever to clear the plates so there was a stockpile of plates on our table. With almost the same price, I'd go to Dads or Sambo kojin na lang.
