Kenny Rogers Roasters NAIA Terminal 3 Arrival — Restaurant in Pasay

This is the Kenny Rogers that represents Filipino care and hospitality, serving their clients with utmost dedication and warmth despite the very busy and filled space. The store radiates a culture of excellent Customer Care, going beyond their standard.

The late afternoon manager JR, when my Mama and me were there last Aug 5 , was superb! He did not only give me water and filled the water jug for my medicine, he even had it cleaned and filled with ice. He made sure that my mother was seated well, as she is a senior citizen and was being assisted for the flight. His staff gets this energy of service from him, such an inspiring leadership by example! Thanks to Vlad and the kind waitress too.

The prices of their food are the same as their regular shops elsewhere, unlike other entities which are exorbitant when located in the airport. The level of food quality is consistent with KR standards.

Highly recommended place to dine as you await for your departure when in Terminal 3 for the international...

I visit Manila frequently and Kenny Rogers is the place I usually choose when I need good food fast. The quality is great (for the price) and establishments clean. With all my reviews I put tremendous weight on the value of what I paid vs Quality & Service.

On my last visit I actually ate at 3 Kenny Rogers during the week (NLEX, Timog & Terminal 3) and had a great meal at each one.

My flight from terminal 3 back to Tokyo is always at 14:40 so always eat at KR before departing. I went there this past Sunday and the place was packed but the manager help find us seats quickly and the food came out quickly and was nicely plated.

We had the Mango Habanero Chicken and Baby Back Ribs. I really like this new chicken version but just wished I had ordered the mango sauce on the side but not really a big deal.

Highly recommend Kenny Rogers when your in the Philippines as a high quality affordable...

The cashier is not approachable. I know I pay a bit late because I didn't have internet connection at that time. So I need to buy load and open my Gcash to pay. PAID -NOT MORE THAN 3 (Three) MINUTES

I feel so embarrassed to delay the cashiers job for not more than 3minutes. She keeps on asking if its okay already...when I paid, I smile and was so nice to her saying sorry because of the delay. But she ignore me. I asked her if my order is okay or not, but she ignored me again. So i just take the number and sit down feeling soooo embarrassed.
