VERY BAD EXPERIENCE

Bowling area has no chairs/tables. Imagine 20pax playing all standing up. Bowling balls are few and MOST are heavy (not much option in weight)

We saw bowling shoes returned by previous customer given to next customer WITHOUT BEING SANITIZED.

First time we encountered bowling WITH TIMER. See photos. Every throw is timed.

Many leaks from the ceiling so there are areas that smell bad. Even in the bowling alley. See photo. We had to ask staff to wipe the floor.

The place is hot, not all AC are open. They open less AC and use fans instead.

The place is better in photos. It looks outdated in person.

First time we encountered a menu that doesnt include VAT. So all food/drink have additional 12% aside from the 10% sc

Supervisor was a little helpful and agreed to some of our request. Food was not bad...

Hi Good day! I would like to complain regarding our experience at limitless yesterday January 6, 2024 it's my first time to complain and to post a complain like this!

December 29, 2023 nagbook kami ng reservation which is the PPOP package for 10pax (3hours stay sa KTV) 9pm-12pm yon to be exact for 7,500 (Masarap yung food & Cocktails, Maganda ang place for family bonding and taking pictures) but when it comes to CUSTOMER SERVICE AND GIVING NEEDED INFORMATION FOR THE GUEST DON KAYO PUMALPAK SAYANG ANG GOOD AMBIENCE AND GOOD FOOD KUNG PANGET ANG CUSTOMER SERVICE!

You have 5 days to inform us na simula January 1 hanggang 11pm lang yung store niyo sinabi niyo lang samin nung nandon na kami pinaupo niyo pa kami sa public dining area we waited for almost 30mins ni walang nagsabi samin na pwede na pumasok walang nagassist kung saan yung room kami pa nagtanong kung pwede na ba pumasok! Pagkapasok namin nakaserve na yung NACHOS ANG KUNAT NA!!

Sinerve yung pagkain ng walang tao sa loob may nakita pa kaming daga na tumulay sa may TV!!

Sa Reservation di manlang sinabi na may VAT at SERVICE CHARGE ang dahilan nila nandon naman daw sa menu nung packages! E paano yung mga taong di naman aware sa mga ganong bagay so di niyo na sasabihin tapos magugulat nalang sila sa bill nila! PERO BINAYARAN PA DIN NAMIN!

May lalaki na pumunta sa room namin sinasabi na close na daw (di pa ubos yung drinks at pagkain namin) so kinausap namin siya ng ayos pero tumataas na boses nya at may pa hand gesture pa!

SABI NAMIN KUYA SANA MANLANG PAUBUSIN NIYO MUNA YUNG DRINKS AT PAGKAIN NAMIN AALIS DIN NAMAN KAMI AGAD BINAYARAN NAMAN NAMIN YUNG 9-12PM 3 HOURS!! Tapos papauwiin niyo kami ng 11pm!

Habang kinakausap namin yung isang lalaki yung kasama nya naglilinis na sa loob!!! 10mins after namatay yung TV nagsearch nalang kami ng lyrics para lang makakanta pinatayan ata kami ng TV!!!!

ANG PANGET NG SERVICE NIYO...

Equipment poorly maintained Most claw machine prizes are ridiculously too big for the claw (confidently can say it is even impossible to get them. You can even see dust accumulating on some of the stuffed animals.) Game machines glitch a lot to the point where it doesn't let you play yet takes your money from the card anyway.

If you're planning to visit this arcade, I'd say you don't. I recommend visiting your nearby timezone or some other arcade that isn't this. It may be good a few years back but now...
