Just an honest feedback...
Ramen - not anywhere close to japanese ramen. Its taste more like a tasteless "mami" in the streets of manila.
Ebi tempura- batter is thick and cold. The worst part is the sauce. Its thick and sweet i have no idea how to describe the taste too...
Service- everyone seems ok except for one lady in pony tail as she seems to be having a bad mood while working in the restaurant.
I hope the owner of this restaurant/kiosk will take this seriously. Our airport is so/so compare to other countries, i hope tenants can help to overcome that by providing products and services that will wow the patrons. Thats what filipinos are.

Judging only by the gyudon (P340.00 with a small glass of iced tea) I had, this might be a better option (or maybe I just like gyudon). It's a solid bowl of gyudon with more than enough pieces of tender but not too thin strips of beef, spring onions, and a few pieces of regular carrots as well as pickled ginger.
The taste is positive and I initially bemoaned the lack of condiments on my table but you can get some beside the counter (no pickled ginger though).

Unfortunately this noodle shop only has about half of what is shown on their menu. I had a ramen bowl. It was fair, good for airport food, I guess. It was served In a real bowl, so plus points for no styrofoam, but of course plastic utensils, so no soup spoon!
