This was hands down THE WORST experience we’ve had. We booked this room only to spend a few hours there between flights. Its location was our reason for choosing this place and since it was on the cheaper side, we weren’t expecting a lot from it. But we were not prepared for how bad this was! First of all it is a nightmare to find the correct compound where the room is located. Staff kept radioing each other, sending us this way and that to figure out where it was. This is not even a hotel. More like a private room being rented out. So you don’t get any of the normal hotel services and staff have no obligation to assist you. In fact, they don’t even hand you the key. Just point you towards the room. Now let’s get to the cleanliness. It was NASTY. Like I said, we were prepared for low quality due to the price but we didn’t want to sit anywhere - even less sleep on the bed. I’ve included some photos showing rice scattered around the fridge, stains on the floor and empty shower gel bottles in the shower. Why? Why put empty bottles? They also didn’t include any basics such as toilet paper. We ended up leaving 4 hours earlier simply because we felt the airport might be cleaner. Honestly, take this rental off the platform. We’ve never been disappointed in Trip, but the pictures are miss leading. It gives a sense that this is a normal hotel room when it is...
Read moreCompared with accommodations of the same price range in Philippines, this room has great value. Can walk along a beautiful clean street then turn right to the Footbridge to NAIA Terminal 3. The whole footbridge walk is indoor, with aircon I think, modern and new. Before I came there, I thought we had to walk along a noisy street to the airport but no. The room we got is in Two Palm Tree on the 2nd floor. Very old furnitures but surprisingly the bathroom is new and clean. Excellent services from both Security and Reception staff. So happy to stay here as it’s a clean and modern zone. Always see security staff on the street even around 5am so we feel very safe. No keycard for elevator, room key is traditional key but I feel very safe. There is always someone there so outsiders can’t enter.||We walked a bit to the left and bought some snacks in Metro Supermarket. Eighty One Mall is there too but looks small and not interesting to me. On the other side of the street is the zone which looks older, narrow with more local people, tricycles for rent, etc. We also walked to the right side of our place and this zone is all modern, high-end and clean with a convenience store and some shops. Sad that the rice box I bought from Lawson was rotten and I had to throw away. Too lazy to come back there to return...
Read moreThe area is very nice for a walk. On the left are shopping malls, shops and local zone. On the right are convenience store, Church, other hotels such as Marriott, Belmont, Footbridge to Terminal 3 and elevated streets. Very convenient and clean to walk to Terminal 3 because we walk inside the new and modern footbridge. Got an apartment on the 2nd floor and can see the front entrance. The room is large and has a kitchen with microwave and kettle. No washing machine and no toiletries but no problem as I brought my own. Comfortable clean bed. Wish that they would add the underpad in case any guest causes any mark or a woman has her period. Now they only place a bed sheet directly over the mattress. Reception and Security staff are very welcoming and polite to everyone who came. We waited in the main Reception until the Host came around 2:20pm and led us to the Cluster we stayed. At the 2nd Reception, we registered and the Host led us to our room. When checking out, we returned the key into the mail box of our room. The condo is quite luxury. Room has old furnitures but shower room is new. Compared with rooms of the same price range, this is a great place to stay. Thank you so much for the help from the 2 ladies at Reception so that I could receive my parcel I...
