I just want to share my experience as I was in this cafe. I just got home here in this country and I decided to get a cup of coffee asan energy booster (like any other pinoys out there).
It was around 7 am and this cafe in particular gained may attention due to the long line, and just like any other moth in the flame I lined up, but after a while I noticed that it took a LOOOONG TIME before i get to the counter. Then finally I get to the counter to get my coffee and I noticed that there was only ONE GUY there.
I was shocked and astonished at the same time, so i kept my cool and i kept my anger all to myself nalang, i ordered my coffee and I waited and watched this ONE GUY out here keep smiling and give positive reinforcement to the other people waiting for their coffee, while taking more orders and cleaning. I gave out a funny remark saying "maganda umaga talaga!" As a joke, he has the attitude to smile and even conversate with me even for a short time saying that he's been there the whole night.
Ito ang naalala ko pag nakaka kita ako ng pinoy, great attitude and always smiling even in times of crisis. Nakaka relate ako kay kuya dahil bago ako umasenso sa US ay diyan din ako nag simula, as a waiter.
Great service 🥇 Great person 👨 Great coffee ☕
People visit by if they want a cup of coffee when they are in NAIA 3 ( although baka malasin kayo dahil isa lang nanaman ang tao na kumikilos). Thats all for my story time.

Iced Coffee was really nice. I enjoy thick, strong, sweet coffee so this was right up my alley. Amount of coffee (for iced coffee) is average with plenty of ice. While I will always want more food and drink for my money, to be honest I might palpitate if my drink had more coffee and less ice.
Grilled Pork Bahn Mi is also pretty solid. The baguette had a crispy crust and was soft inside. I enjoyed the filling too but the taste profile is sweet marinated grilled pork and a sweet/sour vinaigrette dressing. I prefer bahn mi that has a strong liver taste with "plain" or "dry" grilled meat. Still pretty tasty though.

Their cafe Sua Da has the same taste and texture (and strength) as viet coffees.
However, their Banh Mi is entirely different. Only half of the bread is filled with fillings, which is not true to their advertised photo in the menu.
If you visited Vietnam and had the taste of their authentic Banh Mi, you will know what I am talking about when you order the same elsewhere in the world. Banh Mi in Vietnam is still the best.
What I like about the cafe is the service provided, they ran out of sandwich and immediately...
