I recently visited Max's Terminal 3 and was quite disappointed by the condition of the plates. Many of them were visibly broken, which is frustrating and not something you'd expect from a reputable establishment. Despite asking several times for replacements, all the plates seemed to be in poor condition. On a positive note, the waiter, JP, was very courteous and tried his best to assist us, but it was evident he was having a hard time finding proper replacements. It's clear this is a management issue that needs urgent attention. I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and prioritizes replacing the plates. It’s essential to maintain the quality and standards that customers expect. JP’s efforts were commendable, but the experience overall could have been much better.

We had a bad experience in NAIA terminal 3. We've waited too long and followed up many times so we can catch my aunt's boarding time just to get cold foods and coffee. The powdered creamer wasn't even dissolved. No napkins were provided and when we got the bill, it mentioned items that weren't there. To make things worse, the tapa was too salty. We tried to eat fast as we are late for the boarding time and when we complained the food to the staff, she even told us why we did not complain sooner. 😢

A fast food chain that serves decent chicken with an extremely wide range of dishes to choose from like noodles, vegetables and beef curry! However, the all famous chicken was honestly just average. I enjoyed their tamarind soup with fish a lot though. Worth trying out once.

The food is still good but the quality of customer service in this branch has drastically deteriorated. My husband and I were just at Max’s at NAIA 3. This has always been our go-to place every time we’re flying in, be it local or from abroad. The staff is unfocused, and does not take the time to listen when customers call their attention. Chairs were even left unarranged in the middle of the floor. We waited for more than 20 mins for an order of 1 viand and 2 plain cups of rice. We followed up several times but were given the standard reply of “follow up ko po” while one staff member did not even let me finish my question before walking away. I nicely asked for the store manager so I could get an update and the staff replied with “Bakit po? Ano pong gusto niyo? Gusto po niyong makausap?” We were referred to 2 other personnel who turned out to be senior staff (the store manager was apparently on rest day). Our food then arrived while we were talking to their senior staff members who apologized profusely for the inconvenience. There were no soup bowls given for our sinigang (when they usually would). We were offered dessert on the house but we politely declined. I’m giving the experience 3 stars (although this would have been a lot lower) for: 1) the food is still delicious, 2) the senior staff who sincerely wanted to know what our concern was (sorry kuya, we did not get your name), and 3) how he took ownership of the misses of his staff. Hope they take the feedback we’ll and improve on how they can service their...

As part of my familys favorite restaurant, we decided to eat at Maxs Naia t3. We are shocked at a lousy service and bad food quality. This is not the usual Max Restaurant we always ate. 1 hr to serve food, lettuce in fresh lumpia is totally not fresh, sinigang na belly bangus is freaking warm and the worst ,1 hr to serve water for so many follow up( I can pay and buy for drinks but since we avoid any cold drinks, we decided not to order). Kung di lang talaga kame gutom ng family ko at nagwait for 1 hr (di pa kayo full house nyan that time), ipapacancel ko na talaga. I also think maybe the kitchen and service will pay for my cancel order and ayaw kong gawin un. I know how to work in F n B. Please improve more your service and food quality. Theres always room for improvement. I still like Max's Restaurant but to return again in Max's T3...
