don’t plan on staying here if you want nice personal easy check-in and use the pool I arrived very late at night I wanted to check in and the person at “reception” was making fun of my name not being able to tell me where to check in they finally told me my room number and said it was unlocked. I went to the room and it was locked so I came back to “reception” where they told me that I had to get the key from the key department downstairs for check out where they told me that the checkout place was not the reception but it was downstairs again. I gave this two stars because we had a terrible ordeal finding the place. The address doesn't take you to the right location. When we were at the right location, the security guard ignored us in favor of a taxi that came after we started asking him if we were in the right spot. The location is great once you actually find it (close to airport), but we walked a mile with our luggage trying to find it, asking hotels along the way where this was.
