KFC — Restaurant in Pasay

Usually don’t leave reviews but this KFC location made me frustrated beyond belief. Not even the worst locations in the USA/Canada can be as bad as this location because of the following three reasons: Initially, we used the self serve machines to make our order but the option to pay with Debit/Credit was unavailable so we had to go to the cashier to complete payment. The main issue was when we got to the cashier, we had to REORDER what we had selected because the self serve machines aren’t connected with the Cashier Point of Sale system. Furthermore, the cashier was arguing with us that there weren’t any specified combos even when it SHOWED on the self serve machines so instead of paying 450php (10CAD) we were charged 800php (19.41CAD) because they added all the components separately which resulted in almost a $10 difference. Cashier advised us that no soda was available but the machine clearly worked for others. The unsweetened tea is one of the worst drinks I’ve had ever. Multiple tables were full of garbage and trays from huge groups were left and weren’t collected after some time.

Overall, training needs to be overhauled and the manager needs to fix the most basic machines for me to even give a satisfactory review if I ever revisit this location but so far my impression on KFC Philippines is a don’t ever...

I recently visited KFC and had a satisfying dining experience. Despite the busy atmosphere, the service was impressively quick.

Probably the worst KFC in the world. The only good thing was that the table was cleaned when we sat down. Order terminals don’t work so you can’t pay but you don’t find that out until you’ve gone to check out. Food came ice cold soon as our order was ready. They only had to pour two cokes but made one with ice-t. After speaking to the cashier they “re-heated” the wraps. No indication as to which one was which. No offer to remake either even though they were stone cold. No straws provided or napkins either. Felt like a yoyo going up and down from my table.
