Mang Inasal — Restaurant in Pasay

I love Mang Inasal because it originated from Visayas where I'm from. I always look for Mang Inasal when I'm back in the country, as it brings back childhood memories. Their chicken inasal is always consistent and top notch, however, this location at the Mall of Asia is the worst branch I have ever been.

The distance between tables and chairs are so small, when a person from a nearby table stands up, her/his butt is almost on your face while you eat. This location does not provide napkins for before-after washing hands. Faucet was partially working, soap dispenser and/or bottle were barely working. This location is very busy, and when I visited, only one staff was cleaning all the dirty tables. The staffs in-charge of seat assignments are somehow oblivious when the tables have been cleaned or not, they will assign you to a dirty table. The rice I got was undercooked (the manager was kind to address the rice situation).

Suggestions: I hope they will have a wider location. A little privacy and consideration between tables would be appreciated.

Put up a sign like "wait for staff to assign seat and table" for the restaurant's location outside for people unfamiliar with your system.

Train cashiers to inform customers where to go after paying for...

only One cashier is working during rush hour on dinner time, more of the foods which pm1 bbq liempo is not available, also soda is not available, dirty environment, no water on faucet, all crew is busy and not organized during their shifts because of this the entire place was total disaster, in kitchen we saw that the serving spoon was drop on the dirty flooor but they simply wipe it with rug and use it again, the trays are dugyot, all chicken oil was spreas but simply wipe and use it again, they charge for pm2 but on serving they serve pm1 which is more cheaper, because of the waiting time you have no option but to take it with out refunding the money that you paid for pm2, so chaotic and messy the entire branch the soup is no taste, but kudos to one employee that keeps in apologising and assiting all guest upstair, the workers need to double job b3cause no water,

Just dined in there today for lunch. We have been served by one RUDE tomboyish lady (short and fat) with short hair. First, I asked for the rice since I took the unli rice green plate, since they said unli , of cuz I asked for like 2 scoop of rice. Then that rude waitress told me "1 scoop per time only!". Until that I felt okay, then she came back to my table told me " you cannot share your rice with my friends, okay?". At that time I was quite pissed off already. The rice on my plate is mine and I can give it to whoever I want to!! Then my friend asked her for just one more scoop using my plate and that btch did not give at all. Told us cannot get anymore. I got only 1 scoop for unli rice. Maybe she thinks the rice is the one that she cooked. Unbelievable!!!! It's UNLIMITED rice. We paid for that, but we got only 1 scoop for that! Decided not ever go back to that place anymore. Worst experience...
