Popeyes Chicken - NU MOA — Restaurant in Pasay

One of the worst fast food experiences I’ve had — and it happened at Popeyes. First, the service was ridiculously slow. We waited so long for our food, and not once did any staff member offer an update or even acknowledge the delay. What made it worse? They still gave us the wrong order after all that waiting. We had to go back to the counter to have it corrected, which took even more time. The staff seemed indifferent, like they weren’t trained to care at all.

To top it all off, ang init sa loob — the air-conditioning wasn’t working properly, making the entire experience even more unbearable. Imagine waiting hungry, irritated, and sweating in what’s supposed to be a comfortable restaurant.

Kung gutom ka at gusto mo ng maayos na serbisyo, wag kang kakain dito. Mabagal, mali-mali, at mainit. For a brand like Popeyes, this was a huge letdown. Fix your service, fix your system, and please — fix your aircon. Not...

The Fried Chicken and Tenders are both dry, I was expecting it to be crunchy, juicy, and tender. I believe this was supposed to be cooked in Louisiana style, it doesn't feel that way.

The gravy's bland, only the mashed potato helped with the flavor. For the french fries, it's not giving as well ☹️.

But we did like the Blueberry and Strawberry Floats 🍹.

I originally found Popeyes' okay overall, but if customers continuously experience this kind of dining - it doesn't seem like something worth coming back to. This, considering their questionable prices 🤧.

I was looking forward to some good fried chicken at Popeyes, especially when I saw they were advertising gochujang fried chicken. I was excited—but that excitement didn’t last long. What I got wasn’t gochujang at all. Instead, it was coated in a thin, tangy BBQ sauce, and by coated, I mean the chicken was practically drowning in it. The rice was overheated and tasted stale.
