We went to this branch on a Sunday a few minutes before they opened. I think the service crew were very efficient. Knowing that there would be lots of guests and they usually have a full house, they prepared all the tables with the side dishes, drinks and all the necessary items prior to opening. The way they take the orders was very systematic. There is an assigned server (sometimes two) for every row of tables. Our server was very attentive and courteous. He was doing rounds at every table.
When we were led to our seats, it didn't take long before our order was taken. In just a couple of minutes, our choices of meat were already served. The servers were ready to provide assistance whenever needed.
We started with beef samgyup and beef bulgogi. We thought they were great. Our cuts of meat were flavorful. We didn't like the pork though which came in our second batch of orders. We felt that it was dry. But I'm not sure if it's more of a preference issue.
The side dishes were good. We like the pickled onions and pickled radish. The spring onions could use a little more seasoning. Soup was also served prior to the meat.
I would have given them a 5 if they could have get ridden of the flies before they opened the restaurant. But generally, I can still say that the place looked neat.
Parking space isn't much as well. They only have a few slots which they share with other establishments in the building. However, there are parking areas within the CCP complex which you may use. It may just be a bit of walk.
They opened at around 11 AM on that Sunday. In no time, the place was full and a long line of 2nd batch of customers were already waiting outside. It would be better if you plan your visit and come there an hour or two before your desired lunch/dinner time. You'll be spending more or less Php...

Servers were all deaf, if not deaf then extremely slow. One refill of any side dishes (be it rice) took too long. Despite having Aircons the facility was so HOT. The temp was set to 30°, I'm not sure why they can't set it lower. Utensils and Tissues were lacking. You have to wait AGAIN just for them to prepare all the necessities that should've been there in the FIRST PLACE.

This is the first time I left a samgyup place without getting a good fill in my stomach. We could ONLY ORDER 1 additional serving of meat(3 "first" then another "3"). BECAUSE THE HEAT WAS SO LOW. Despite requesting 3 times for it then be fixed nothing actually happened.
IMAGINE EATING SOGGY MEAT. That's what we ate since the heat can't even properly cooked the THIN SLICES of meat despite it being there for what seems like 20 minutes.
Went at that place at 8:30 left at 9:45. WASTE OF TIME and MONEY.
