Brothers Burger Diner - Ayala Malls The 30th — Restaurant in Pasig

I haven’t been back to Brother’s Brother in a really long time, decided to give it another shot. Initially wanted chicken wings, but they don’t offer it anymore. They have significantly reduced the items on the menu, which is good so they could focus in particular dishes. My sister and i decided to try out their smashed burger, except for mine i asked go have it without the sauce and pickles. The fries were actually really good, tasted similar to Mcdonald’s. The patty itself was tasty, juicy, and well seasoned. The bun needs to be improved though, with a lot of good burger places popping up, by now they should already be using potato or brioche buns. I soon realized that i was eating my sisters burger as i tasted the burger sauce, which was heavy on mustard, and the pickles. I switched burgers with my sister and noticed that her burger was also well seasoned, but was dry and overcooked. It also had pickles on it, which we asked the waiter to exclude when we ordered it. Consistency and attentiveness definitely needs improvement. But i have to say, much better than the last time i had a burger here. Looks like they also have a promo on their rib eye steak specifically at this branch for P600 for 200g, excited to try...

This place is kinda underrated. The servings is huge, we ordered brothers burger classic & cheese quesadilla. The beef is rich in flavor and there's a smoked like taste that complements it and the rest of the ingredients. I loved the Cheese quesadilla too that came with a slightly spicy dip with sides that is a great pair. I hope they do get a bigger place next time hehe

But we'll definitely come back to try the other...

I rarely eat here but every time I do, it's always worth the calories. Their claim for being a designer burger suits them perfectly. I had the Jack O today and it was a feast to my mouth. I think everything tastes good with pesto. The patty is so juicy. The seed on the bun and the carrot is very novel to me on a hamburger. It gave an extra texture and flavor. I thought I couldn't finish my food. Boy, was I surprised...
