McDonald's Shell Emerald — Restaurant in Pasig

One of the worst experiences i had with any Mc Donalds branch

I live in Citadines for 6 months and this is the closest branch from that hotel

Here is the detailed experience : 1.) FOOD - Be ready to have cold Fries usually all the times, I ordered Mc Chicken and the lettuce was spoiled and rotten as in the image. 2.) Atmosphere - It's usually hot in this branch, They are saving cost for air conditioners and even after that feeding cold fries and spoiled lettuce to the customers 3.) Service - Their upper floor is always non serviceable except for few exceptional instances. They would always mix up ur dips, if you will order sour cream dip for nuggets, be ready to get served the barbecue dip (happened to me 3 times until i stopped ordering nuggets). They will serve your food sometimes at the table but other times they will call your number, and sometimes they will just leave the order at the counter to let it rest...

I was rushing to get to the office for my meeting when I remembered I have not eaten breakfast. My last resort was to go to a McDonald's drive thru nearest the office. The nearest was the McDonald's at the Shell Gas Station in Ortigas. I forgot to ask if I can pay via debit card. Because of my rush, I paid by cash.
