1C Coffee is a hole-in-the-wall coffee shop located in Kapitolyo, Philippines. "Kape, kalye, kuwentuhan, Kapitolyo" it says on their IG bio, and that’s exactly what you get. The cafe brings a unique and interesting experience, with a strong focus on community and quality. The cafe is not only a place to enjoy a cup of coffee, but also a place to hang out with friends and meet new people.
I ordered the Sea Salt Honey espresso drink with Oat Milk. It tasted so good! Will definitely be back to try more.
One of the things that stood out during my visit was the owners' (they’re 3 sisters) passion for coffee. They were more than happy to explain the different brewing methods and let us taste new brews. As someone who is not an avid coffee drinker/connoisseur, I appreciated the opportunity to learn more about the different types of coffee and how they are made. The coffee itself was delicious, with a variety of options from different countries available to suit different tastes.
The atmosphere at 1C Coffee is also noteworthy, with a cozy and inviting interior and a friendly and welcoming vibe. It is a great spot to relax and unwind, whether you're a coffee lover or just looking for a place to hang out with friends. Overall, 1C Coffee is a must-visit for anyone looking for a unique coffee experience and a chance to connect with the coffee community...

Honestly, I did not even know this cafe prior. I just had an appointment to a nearby event and just chanced upon seeing this on the map. Seeing such a cute cat (I'm a sucker for cats), I made the trip here a priority.
The ambiance, decors are artsy.
This is one of the homiest, friendliest, most welcoming cafe houses I have been to. The prices were a bit steep, 160 for a small cup, but reasonable- behold the latte art!
Love the sea salt honey. Even the froth was deee~licious. The dulce was a-ok as well but the former was a stand out for me.
I ordered one drink each for me and my companion. Only one was served. We waited a long time for the other to be brought out. Turns out the barista had misunderstood and thought I changed my first order into the second one hence he only made the second one. Did not make the first, which was my order.
I did not notice since I did not wait for the change after paying; I asked my companion to get it at the counter since I wanted to wee wee after the long trip.
They have a restroom thankfully (but the soap was not refilled yet during my visit). There is no free wifi.
Meeting the sweet and loyal celebrity cat, Michelle, was the highlight of course. Area Volunteers feed her. Refilled her bowl as well.
Oh they close early that...

Upon entering the cafe, we were met with curious stares from other patrons, which might be uncomfortable for some. However, once we started ordering and asking about their best sellers, everything changed. The staff were actually quite nice and accommodating. The place had a somewhat homey vibe, with mismatched furniture that surprisingly worked well together. There was plenty of space, not overcrowded with chairs and tables, and the air conditioning was a welcome relief. I hadn’t realized it was a popular spot for bikers until we got there.
I decided to try the sea-salt iced coffee and bacon jalapeño bagel. Given my difficulty digesting milk, I opted for almond milk instead of the regular milk. I loved the taste of my coffee: the sea salt added a unique and pleasant twist. The bagel had a mild kick of spiciness, just enough to keep me wanting more. The flavors of the bagel, bacon, and cheese were all distinct yet complementary.
Overall, it was a delightful experience. The friendly service, cozy atmosphere, and delicious food makes me want to give it another go. I would definitely return to try more of their dishes.
Oh and I almost forgot, it’s also pet friendly.I saw a couple of dogs brought by their customers and a...
