Dine-in, medium sized place in Ali Mall, groups or solo, great business location frequently visited by shoppers, has 2 active floor staff, in a regular calm early evening,inattentive, and hesitant & evasive attitude, with the audacity to watch TV rather than take your order. lacks knowledge of dish description, obviously showing deflated morale. There are few servers, i only saw 3 staff serving a medium size restaurant with people of 50-70 pax. I find it too pricey when compared with other known filipino restau. No paper placemats, no condiments on the table, no tissue dispencer box, food was served in about 30mins. Food came first before the spoon and fork, and we ordered garlic rice but was served steam rice twice so we waited for 15mins more just for the garlic rice. I hope the management fix this.
