Worst Chowking experience ever! We made a follow up after 30 minutes because they haven't served our food but it seems like they don't care. Everytime we asked, they just say the order number to their colleague but we didn't feel like they really took action. We had to raise the concern six times and it took 45 minutes or more just for them to serve our food. If I didn't ask for their manager, it may have taken them more time just for us to get our order considering there aren't many people around and a lot of other orders have been served first. When I told the manager what was going on, he just walked straight to the kitchen without any response, apology or explanation. I'm not sure if he looked annoyed or had no reaction but it was a terrible customer experience and a total waste of time. If you want to lose your sanity, smell the disgusting chlorine at your table, experience the dirty comfort room, satisfy your cravings with their dirty trays, hear the noise of people, sit at the table with almost no space, enjoy their either extremely bland or extremely salty soup, and wait for 30 minutes just to receive a single chow fan then GO TO THE OLD BRANCH. There was even a time that a kid vomited all over the place and the remnants of the puke were still on the floor and was not cleaned.
