I visited Hawker Chan at SM North EDSA on September 22, 2024, and my experience was far from satisfactory. From the moment I entered, the lack of customer service was apparent; neither the cashier nor the food servers offered any assistance or engagement. After placing my order, I waited nearly 40 minutes for my food, which felt excessively long, especially considering the restaurant wasn't overly crowded.

When my meal finally arrived, I was disappointed with the quality. The dishes had an unappealing bitter aftertaste and were excessively oily, making them difficult to enjoy. Additionally, the portion sizes felt small relative to the prices, leading me to believe I wasn’t getting value for my money. Overall, the long wait time combined with the unsatisfactory food quality made for a frustrating experience. I hope to see significant improvements in both service and food quality...

My partner and I ate here and it eas an experience. First the staff here are so accommodating they have serve us our food and we ask if we can switch tables, they carried our food to a more spacious table. Second the food omg it was so good that I haven't taken a picture of the food, thank god my girlfriend took a video and picture before eating. All steamed and so delicous with the price you pay, I ordered Hawker Plate fulls Soya Sauce Chicken and let me tell you all there plate full are really PLATE FULL. Bang for your buck, chicken was so soft that it melts in your mouth and there wonton soup, it has meat and vegetables in it. My girlfriend ordered beef brisket plate full and similar to mine it melts in your mouth and to die for. Everything was so good. Lastly the only problem is the place the space is little but everythings good from the staff to the food. Thats why I expect a lot of people to come here, great price...
