J.CO Donuts & Coffee - Fairview Terraces — Restaurant in Quezon City

I have been a loyal customer from your establishments, but i really want to give a feedback for the branch Fairview terraces, the crew are not welcoming and rude. i have been purchasing a lot from the sm fairview branch even bringing my service dog inside without any issues, the sm fairview branch is by far the best branch to purchase donuts, they will even try to make the donuts you want if it is not available, but for fairview terraces, it is a different story. they will only serve/sell what is on the display, whey will not entertain you if you want a different flavor that you requested. also they really are not allowing service dog inside the store, unlike the sm fairview branch. ayala fairview terraces is such a disappointment and i wish they upper management can do something about this. instead of getting a sale, they would...

Update as of December 2020. They are open from 10am and closes 7pm. They accepts dine-in and allow at least 7 persons inside at a time. They have promo until Dec 31 2020 for only 100.00 you'll get 1 Oreo Frappe and 1 glazed donut which is very affordable. They observe minimum safety protocols, has alcohol and temperature scanner before you enter the store. They accept GCash payment and other major credit cards. They have restroom which is convenient. The staff are welcoming and nice. It is comfortable inside and the ambience is warm and cozy.

Ordered cafe latte and half a dozen donuts. The latte is nice and has a kick. Not sweet (which is good) and very earthy. Can confirm na much better sa latte ng SB. Donuts are delish and not so sweet - my favourites are the matcha strawberry and the avocado.
