GOOD EVENING! I’M THE ONE WHO ORDERED FOOD AROUND 2AM AT JOLLIBEE TOMAS MORATO. We were supposed to receive our order within 15–20 minutes, but the crew I spoke with last night didn’t inform us that our order had been set for pick-up instead, and that no rider came to get it. I even called your number because I wanted to add more to my order, but we weren’t updated at all about what was really happening. Then suddenly we were told that a new rider was booked for us 😂 Like, are you kidding me? It’s really disappointing because we were waiting for nothing. We waited for almost 40 minutes, and if we hadn’t called, we wouldn’t have known that no rider was actually delivering our order even though the app showed out for delivery. At that point alone, your crew should’ve already informed us. And then your staff even said that they already reported it to Panda But as the customers who ordered and waited, we weren’t updated at all. The child who was supposed to eat that food ended up not eating because they just fell asleep while waiting. My goodness, is it really that hard to call your customer and give them an update about what’s going on? Like, hello? We waited 40 minutes....

Disappointing Experience at Jollibee Tomas Morato

I had a really frustrating experience dining at Jollibee Tomas Morato. First off, the service was extremely slow—my order took over 20 minutes to arrive, which is unacceptable. To make matters worse, they had newly hired staff handling the cashier, causing even more delays as they were clearly not yet trained. It was frustrating to stand there waiting with no clear sense of urgency from the crew.

As for the food, I was disappointed with the quality of the chicken. It tasted like it had been reheated and was dried out. Not what I expected from Jollibee, especially considering the reputation for their fried chicken.

What’s also concerning is that the store manager didn’t seem to be addressing these issues. The lack of attention to customer complaints is alarming, especially since I noticed that very few customers were coming in. It seems like something is definitely off with the management of this branch.

Overall, a really disappointing experience. I won’t be coming back...
