We decided to give this restaurant a try, drawn in by its appealing ambiance. Our plan was to enjoy some pastries and coffee while catching up in a relaxed setting. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the service. Upon arrival, no one guided or assisted us in finding a table. My friend and I had to navigate the restaurant on our own to secure a table. Even after 20 minutes, no one offered us a menu, despite our attempts to get attention. When I asked a staff member if we could have a menu, he responded, "Wala pa pong nagbibigay ng menu?" ("Hasn't anyone given you a menu yet?"), to which I replied, "Wala pa po" ("Not yet, sir"). Finally, after this exchange, we were handed the menu.

Another frustrating 10 minutes passed before they took our order. What exacerbated our dissatisfaction was observing that three new customers (occupying three tables) who arrived after us had their orders taken first. Remarkably, these customers ordered full meals, including rice, salad, and coffee. Despite the prompt service they received, our orders (1 Cream Cheese Brioche, 1 Bun, 1 Spanish Latte, 1 Latte) failed to materialize. Our overall waiting time exceeded 45 minutes. Insects were also present, flying around the restaurant, as evident in the attached photo. (I inadvertently found one of them in my coffee and had to deal with it.)

As a result of this experience, we have no intention of returning to...

i ordered Burnt Caramel Macchiato, i was served a Cafe Latte instead. The Head Barista Jennilyn Soteng and Store Manager Alona Jean Loquinte responded negatively. They are making excuses and justifying that what they served was Caramel Macchiato when in fact it is Latte, After a lot of justification and not even an iota of apologizing for the mistake, they are justifying over and over and explaining that it is Burnt Caramel Macchiato, I love Caramel Macchiato and as coffee lover I know the difference of different coffee. Even the picture is different to what they serve, and they do not want to hear the customer’s side, they just want to state theirs. After a long long time, they offered to change it and serve what is on the picture but the taste is not even a macchiato. And when I asked for their names they offered it to be free. I was asking for the bill and eager to pay but they voided the transaction. I am not after the complimentary coffee or pastry, I am after their good customer service and how they should treat their client’s complaint. Hope this reach the right department to handle.

Finally! This place is always beaming with customers and we finally had our chance. Maybe its just that time of day where I felt that the food was bland - resolved by salt and pepper anyway.

First visit, I had the pesto linguine with chicken - the chicken was tiny compared to the picture. Initially the pesto pasta was bland. They charge for additional parmesan so i asked for salt and pepper instead. It became better. Creamy texture overall. Partner had Krispyñorito - tasted like a bit bland bacon. Goes well though with the rice and pumkin soup though. Partner liked it. Ice tea slush was okay.

Second visit. Had fried calamari for appetizer - small serving but tasted okay. For main, we had crispy pork kare kare. Seemed gourmet. Plated beautifully. Just wished it had more sauce. Liked their bagoong. Will definitely order this one again.

Third - still ordered favorite pesto then porkchop for partner. I requested for more sauce this time. It was great!

Fourth - spaghetti with meatballs and herbed salmon for...

The atmosphere was okay. It is an open dining area inside the mall, and its counter is like a big kiosk. Service was difficult to call. We had to ask for plates for the salad as it wasn't automatically served to us. They also did not ask us if we wanted the used plates or menus to be taken away from us. We had to call service for them to be taken away. Their gravy requires an extra charge, which most restaurants we've been to don't do. In addition, the taste of the gravy is not even worth the extra charge. Serving size is smaller than what I'm used to, particularly for the salad and the soup that goes with the main course. I asked my companions if their mashed potatoes are okay, because mine was cold on the inside, whereas my companions' were warm and fine. Mine also had a weird texture because it's cold, but the scrambled egg also had a weird texture, like it was not fresh? Every other dish served to us was good. I was just the unlucky one to get the cold mashed potatoes.
