Pizza Hut Gateway Mall 2 — Restaurant in Quezon City

This is the best branch of Pizza Hut for me. I have eaten at this place several times and I had a great experience.

This branch is also one of the newest of Pizza Hut in Metro Manila. Its location in the new Gateway Mall 2 is very strategic. Its in the middle of all the action. Great to eat and watch all the activities around. Exciting place.

I didnt like Pizza Hut before, to tell the truth. Before, I found their pizzas to be bland and too little toppings. It was just like eating a piece of bread with some toppings on top.

I don't know what they did, but when I started eating at this branch of Pizza Hut last year, I was blown away by the pizza. It greatly improved! The toppings were generous and were delicious. Even the veggies were fresh and crisp.

I always get the Super Supreme and the All-Meat variety. They're wonderful. I also tried the zitti here and I liked it.

Service here is also terrific. The manager of this place (and all the other branches in Cubao, I found out), a middle-aged man who is always around to greet the customers, is very...

A quick lunch because we wanted to try the Melt Pizza, ordered their combo Hawaiaan Supreme. It comes with a fries, 2pieces of Melt Pizza and Pepsi. Ordered separately their garlic bread and Baked Ziti plus Iced Tea.

Very spacious we decided to seat on the end area because of the logo "For the love of Pizza.. " since we're at the not so seen area servers take time to pass. They don't serve water unless you asked... but because it took her too long to serve we left 😅😅 they're not so friendly too hahahaha maybe because less people dining in? Need energy if they're be a lot people 😅😅

But anyway, I loved their garlic bread!! Surprisingly their Baked Ziti was yummy too. The Melt is OK but my son loves it. I can't believe what just happened. I'm in a brick of crying waiting for nothing. I ordered 2 slice of pizzas and flavored chicken with rice. Good, they gave me pizza right away (funny enough because it's not hot haha). Then, I waited about 20+ minutes for the other order. I waited and waited and had enough. I follow up my order and that's the time I realize they HAVEN'T PREPARING IT BECAUSE I DON'T HAVE ORDER HAHAHAHHA. They gave me cold fckn chicken, A FIST SIZE OF A CHILD CHICKEN. They also have service fee???? So disappointing. I don't even offer something just to calm down the situation....
