Shakey's Pizza Parlor — Restaurant in Quezon City

I had two unfortunate events in the place. For a background, my fam and I always eat here since we love their pizza but one time when we went here to eat, the crew ignored us and didn't even bother to look at us even if we were endlessly raising our hands. We wanted to eat here and it was around 11am. We were at the entrance but no one's accommodating us. Since we saw a lot of vacant seats we just insisted to go in and seat. We were raising our hands to the crew to order. We didn't even ask for the menu since we already knew what to order. But no one was looking. It was already the three of us raising our hands and it looks like they're ignoring us on purpose. They were understaffed that time but at least a simple acknowledgment that they would attend to us in a while would be fine but no. For five minutes of trying to get their attention, they didn't care. We just left and ate at another restaurant. We don't want to waste our time.

Second unfortunate experience. It was around 8pm and I was craving for their pizza again. I wanted to add the calamari crunch. Since it's late, I wanted to order for take out nalang. So I was just there at the entrance and waited for someone to accommodate me since I'll just order take out. One waiter in black (probably an OJT) accommodated me but when I said for take out, he referred me to a waitress in pink. Maybe he cannot take orders yet. But the waitress look annoyed coming to me and asking my order. I told her my order and she told me that she will get back to me and just check if what I want to order is available. But then I she didn't come back to me to tell if what I want is available or not. Not even a single word. She just continued serving the dine in customers and didn't care informing me. I waited 5 mins again and just left.

I suggest don't dine in here if nagmamadali kayo. I would definitely cause you a lot of time. Super slow service. Since then I didn't dine in here anymore. I just order in their app...

If you're planning to enjoy a meal with friends before or after your mall visit or a night out, I strongly advise against choosing this Shakey's location. My recent experience was disappointing in both the quality of the food and the service provided.

Starting with the food, several items we were served lacked seasoning and tasted bland. Some dishes were almost completely flavorless, which made it clear that minimal effort was put into preparation. This is unacceptable, especially from a well-known brand like Shakey's.

The bigger issue, however, was the customer service. The staff was extremely slow and inattentive. Even after repeatedly trying to get their attention, we were ignored. Instead of helping us, they stood around chatting or doing other things. To make matters worse, they prioritized customers who had just arrived, completely neglecting those of us who had already been waiting. This showed a clear lack of respect for customers and very poor service standards.

This experience left us frustrated and disappointed. I hope Shakey’s management takes this feedback seriously because if this is how returning customers are treated, then something urgently...

Sorry for this review but your store could use some improvements. Ate here today with my husband's family, we were 12 in all so we occupied 2 tables. The waitress took our orders and was off. However: Never came back with my husband's pizza order, it was already an hour or more that we realized, and after talking to the manager that the waitress did not arrange it. Also an hour or more before they told us that the lasagna was not available and offered sphagetti with seafood marinara sauce. Then, this replacement order came late, almost an hour later (was waiting almost 2 hours for my food) I asked for a glass of cold water to the same waitress and i think she forgot it, never botheref coming back. Asked for a spoon so my father in law can take his cough medicine and the waiter said they dont have one, only a spork. Tip: Always ask the staff here to repeat your order and ask them the wait time, otherwise, you'll end up like me, hungry and dissatisfied.
