1505 kawiarnia — Restaurant in Gdansk

After seeing such a high rating on Google, I was quite disappointed with my experience here. The interior is cute and has a nice vibe and the drinks were quite tasty but the customer service left much to be desired.

One confusing aspect was the labeling of drinks. For example, something called a “coconut matcha” actually contains cream based on cow’s milk. I understand this may come down to interpretation, but it's definitely misleading, especially for someone who avoids lactose. When I received my matcha and asked about the milk, the response from staff was rather dismissive. I was told that it does contain cow’s milk and that I should have asked beforehand. Fair enough, but a more thoughtful or accommodating reaction would have gone a long way. Even just offering to swap the drink or ask if I’d like to order something else (even at full price) would have made the experience feel a bit more considerate. To add to that, the waiting time was rather long considering there were barely any...

On a rainy day i Gdansk, we took shelter in this little cafe. And happy we did. Small but with no other guests it was easy to sit and sip some delicious cups of coffee. We had Flat White on lactofree milk and a sweet Americano brewed on mediumdark Colombian beans (Flying Buddy). Could be best so far while in Gdansk. Great friendly service...

Tak średnio na jeża bym powiedziała 🦔 Super widok siedząc przed kawiarnią. W środku mało miejsca. Jeśli chodzi o napoje: Orange Coffe na zimno i strawberry matcha na zimno - naprawdę bardzo słabe. Kawa z pomarańcza bardzo niesmaczna. Matcha też nienajlepsza. W domu można na luzie zrobić lepszą.

Jeśli chodzi o obsługę, widziałam tu kilka opinii świadczących że jest mocno średnia no i niestety muszę się zgodzić. Pan od niechcenia mruczy coś pod nosem. Jest tam jak za karę. Swoją postawą nie zachęca. Do zostania. Mówi że trzeba poczekać 10 minut nie wiem czemu bo reszta pod nosem. Zamawiam za 10 min mówi że znowu trzeba czekać, więc sama dopytałam czy mogę chociaż zapłacić teraz. No to powiedział że ok. No niestety oczekiwania były większe. Resztę urlopu kawkowaliśmy dalej od domu...
