LUMI SHOTBAR — Restaurant in Gdansk

hi, we were excited to go to your shot bar after dinner and we were waiting to go there, because we saw a lot of videos on tiktok. We came all the way from Finland and when we got in , there was a really angry woman. She didn't smile, she didn't say hello, she didn't even look at us. She had black curly hair and glasses. We expected to get one of the shots that we saw on tiktok where the shot is squirted into the mouth. The woman just poured us a drink and said "ok, that's it" then we paid and went home disappointed. I recommend that she should think about not having customer service at work if she is not at all interested in being friendly. It used to be a nice place. Now the waiters are not nice. We asked for shots and we were the only ones on the place and they didn't help us on flavours. They were laughing at us when the shot was strong and they said that they didn't have change at the begining and when we order the second row we asked them if we can pay with 50zl and they said yes, they gave us thousands of coins of 1zl which is completely no sense plus they knew we are foreigners (they had banknotes as we could see). Great little bar with a huge shot selection. The problem was an unfriendly and unhelpful barman. He was curt and didn't offer any description of the contents of the shots on offer and with no menu, this would have been helpful. When questioned, he was reluctant and brusque, making it feel as if we were a massive inconvenience. When a female friend of his came in and sat by the bar, he ignored other people totally, even when serving them he never looked at them or spoke to them.
