Yard.Cafe — Restaurant in Gdansk

My last visit to this place was very disappointing - it's not as beautiful and pleasant for me as it was a few years back. The prices were really high - 19 zlotys for 0.2 of a regular tonic from a bottle is crazy. We used to have an espresso tonic as our coffee and it was awful. A hidden gem right by the water! Yard Cafe offers a peaceful and pleasant atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing break. Amazing what you find out at the shipyards now! A few years ago it was only the robots, but there are a number of cafes, eateries etc. like this one. Nothing fancy, just simple things like beer, cake, pizza. But it's something different. And THAT is what I like!

(Unfortunately my large plastic beer cup was split down one side, so most of my beer went on the floor and table! Didn't see it till too late! I was on the upper deck area, sorry to anyone who got a shower of my beer...
