Bar a Boo — Restaurant in Katowice

I don't recommend this place. I give one star because I cannot give less.

First of all the waiters and waitresses are terrible slow. Even the place was not full we waited for almost 20 mins for the waiter to take our order (he was just not paying attention at the door). They told us than the time waiting would be 40 minutes which we accepted.

But actually we were waiting longer than 1 hour for two pizzas. If you don't have the capacity to serve so many tables, then you shouldn't accept so many clients. This makes the restaurant look like they just care about making money and not about the customer.

The pizzas were tasteless and with almost no ingredients. Literally my pizza carbonara had two small pieces of beacon (see pictures attached). The quality is absolutely low. Looked like a frozen pizza. In Biedronka you can find actually better pizzas.

We saw the table next to us how the girl got his salad and more than 40 minutes later her boyfriend got his pizza. So basically they ate separately.

I came from Krakow just to come here and have dinner with my boyfriend, it was the place we had our first date but unfortunately I left with disappointment, I had a call with them they were like the the the restaurant was half reserved, just come and you can find place from tables which are not reserved, we went to the bar to have a talk with the man I called, he was like just find a table and everywhere was full, I real felt disappointed, maybe they must find better way to manage their reservation, instead of telling people to come and find a table and care more...

Duża ilość opinii w Google na pewno zachęca do odwiedzenia Baru a Boo. W menu spory wybór makaronów i pizz. Są też chyba 4 lub 5 pozycje dań obiadowych. Przeglądając kartę bardzo mocno zastanawiałem się nad zamówieniem makaronu (za pizza nie przepadam ) bo w końcu bar specjalizuje się w kuchni włoskiej. Ostatecznie zamówiłem roladki z kurczaka że szpinakiem i serem gorgonzola i to nie był dobry wybór. Nie będę się tu bardzo rozpisywał na temat tego dania bo generalnie mi nie smakowało. Na deser po obiedzie czekałem dobre 40 minut dla mnie to za długo. Lokal nieduży i chyba właściciel upchal tam maks stolików jaka mógł nie dając zbyt wiele przestrzeni miedzy stolikami. Toaleta - jedna wspólna (!) Co przy takiej ilości odwiedzających to stanowczo nie sprawdza się. Dla panów jest co prawda pisuar ale jest praktycznie na przeciw umywalki.

Aa i nie polecam iść w godzinach popołudniowych trudno o stolik. Obsługa mocno do poprawy z uwagi. Na pytanie czy można usiąść przy stoliku wskazanym pada odpowiedz, że stolik jest zajęty bo już ktoś siedzi. Dodam że był to stolik jedno osobowy a wskazywany przeze mnie 4 osobowy, po czym po chwili ta sama dziewczyna sadza tam innych klientów. Co ciekawe mężczyzna dalej siedział przy stoliku jednoosobowym. Nie było też rezerwacji. Udało mi się samemu " załatwić " stolik zamówiony hamburger na szczęście był smaczny, szkoda że w tej cenie w zestawie nie było do frytek.

Aktualizacja: pizza smaczna, ...
