God, I don't advise anyone to come here. I walked around Krakow, and decided to try exotic food, like Balkan. And what did I see on arrival? A terribly dirty courtyard and restaurant, a pile of cigarette butts fly on the floor, garbage flies, pieces of dust from umbrellas are constantly falling because they haven't been washed for 100 years.
But it’s okay, I thought I was eating delicious. But hardly. What did I get? By ordering Cevapi for myself, I got terribly fried and salted meat that looked like crackers, but that was not all, they even brought the sauce not fresh, they put it in a bun, but it already smelled like a buddy overdue by 2 days. Is it possible to eat? I wanted to speak on this subject, but the waitress was constantly running off somewhere, and I decided that it was useless.
If I had read the reviews here beforehand, I would never have come. Take care of your nerves and mood, this is not a restaurant, this is a dirty eatery. Stay away...
Read moreI had never eaten there. I had try few times, GOD KNOW I HAD TRY. But they never accept me as customer. Last time I arrived there with my family at 3 PM and a girl told me that they were 'closing'. But I see in the background one of her colleague opening the umbrellas in the garden. So i asked her when it will be open, (maybe just waiting one hour could be enough) and she told me that opens at 9 PM. Later I check and see that they open from 11AM to 11PM so, I considered that they just doesn't want to work. So I had to take my family (grandparents included) walk around the city to found another restaurant in summer, about 35 degrees. Disgusting service, but I heard good...
Read moreEvery Balakn BBQ restaurant from my experience serves meat in traditional “lepinja” or “somun” bread here it was a normal bread bun. The meat was ok, but my friend and I didn’t finish our food. The “urnebes” sauce was not spicy…authentic “urnebes” usually is. Lastly I asked the waitress to put everything on one big plate and give us 2 smaller plates so that my friend and I can share food in that way, and that all 4 sauces come separate on the side. Unfortunately, the 2 dishes came on two separate plates and one dish was covered whole in “ajvar” while the the other one in “tzatziki”. The “šopska” salad was solid. Overall a place that in my opinion is not worth a...
