Really good pizza!

Roman style pizza in a central location and great value for the money. We returned twice during our trip to Krakow!

We can highly recommend the Salad no.1 - delicious starter and one of the best salads we have had in a restaurant. Great Caprese as well.

Kind and quick service and a very cozy atmosphere in the first dining room. Quiet and pleasant music.

5 stars considering the price, pizza probably lands around 8.3/10 (and we are rather picky when it comes to pizza so really quite great for an establishment...

Widząc nowe miejsce na mapie Krakowa z bardzo dobrymi opiniami, zdecydowałem się wybrać ze swoją dziewczyną w walentynki. Jednak tego dnia nasze uczucie skradło to miejsce. Zimny lutowy wieczór po przekroczeniu progu Brick Oven zmienil się w lipcowe popołudnie w Neapolu. Długo w Krakowie szukałem miejsca z pizza, o której można powiedzieć więcej niż zwyczajne „dobra”.

Trochę o samym miejscu: niezatloczone (co dziwi, ale jest plusem!) miejsce o ciepłych barwach, z opcją udania się na ogródek. Dodatkowo w karcie przeczytałem, ze wystrój przygotowują młodzi krakowscy artyści, którym w ten sposób daje się szanse. Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa, uśmiechnięta dziewczyna, która z radością podchodzi do swojej pracy. Kuchnia w otwartym stylu. Bardzo fajnym dodatkiem są pieczątki za pizzę, bodajże przy 10 jest darmowa pizza. Uzbieram maksymalnie do maja :)

Pizza: mamy do wyboru 4 podstawy na których możemy bazować, mam wrażenie ze sama Bianca mogłaby wystarczyć. Nie chce powtarzać wyświechtanych sloganów o włoskich, oryginalnych składnikach, wiec niech najlepszym dowodem będzie to, ze suszone pomidory podaje się w pałeczkach przypominających laseczki cynamonowe, a nie pomarszczone rodzynki ze słoika. Składniki są doskonale, wyraźnie oddają glebie smaku. Opcjonalnie można poprosić oliwę, na pewno jest o smaku czosnkowym.

Jesteśmy bardzo wdzięczni za te miła i ciepła wizytę w walentynkowy wieczór. Sprawiliście, ze wreszcie w Krakowie znaleźliśmy z dziewczyna miejsce z pizza, do którego nie możemy doczekać się kiedy wrócimy. Poprzeczka na kulinarne odkrycie roku 2022 zawieszona bardzo...
