BEIRUT SHAWARMA KEBAB & FALAFEL KRAKOW — Restaurant in Krakow

You need to beware that you are going to deal with one of the worst customer experience as you have to face a really arrogant man who can go racist in a minute if you complaint, which you would definately upon having real bad food. I ordered falafel which were so soggy that they felt like fried couple of times. When I mentioned this to that ill-mannered man who served me, he not only refused to exchange them with something else (I wanted somthing else as I did not want to have falafel from same batch again and this was the only batch he had) but also said why you Indians always compliant? I am not responsible for all Indians as I am not one but when I wont be served what I paid for I would complaint 1000 times. He said that he served me as I asked him, yes I asked him to serve me but not rotten food.

When I mentioned that I would complaint then he was arrogant enough saying "DO THAT".

I never get my money back not I ate my food.

I would definately not go to them again unless they are the only option on planet earth.

I wish Polish authorities to take action against his rudest behaviour and make them learn a lesson how to behave with tourists.

I wish all their future customer to be cautious and avoid them if they possibly...

Absolute shambles of a place!!! And the service is unbelievably awful. Went in around midnight on Monday, no customers, placed my order and waited outside. After getting called in, the guy handed me the food and I asked if he would be kind enough to wrap it up for me so I can take it with me. He threw hands in the air and shouted, could've said that from the start!! I looked at him, and said, why is it such a big problem, there is no other customers, he doesn't have to rush and I asked why does he have to be so rude. After few word exchanges, he said - do you want your money back? I said yes, so he threw the cash on the counter. Absolute horrible person. I hope he enjoyed the wrap he made for me lol. Never again would I go back there. Horrible attitude. Oh another thing, he wouldn't speak polish to me, when I spoke Polish to him, he replied in English. Whoever employs...

They do not the best meat. I had kebab box, inside was meat, salad, sauce and fries. The rest was ok, but the meat was too salty, and dry. Some pieces were okay, the others dipped in salt. There was no space inside at all, I felt squeezed. I don't expect much from the fast food places, but better they remove entrance completely and sell the shawarma for outside visitors only.

The positive moment for me was the staff. The cook spoken English was very good, and easygoing. He also made my kebab box pretty fast.
