We have been at this place on 29.09.2021. ''Aggressive staff behavior, bad taste of drinks.'' That was an awful experience. Nothing compared to 2019. The waitress did not know the ingredients of hot cocktails, made the wrong assumptions what is liqueur , what is bitter. She completely could not advise what is the taste of drinks. Which is nonsense, it is her job. The taste of hot cocktails was disgusting. No joke! the impression was as it was from very cheap alcohol. the decoration also not modern, like from 1998. However the price was over the standard Krakow price kind of 35 %. One can find a better hot alcohol drink on the Main Market place during New Year. One cocktail was a bit better than the other one. However after the complain that it is not good cocktail, we can not drink, waitress told that she will give the replacement, and we can choose from the menu. SHE DID NOT TOLD that the replacement will be for our cost. When she get back with new cocktail she told that this cocktail we should pay 100%, for the first one she will make a discount . In a reputable places such thing would never happen. You should inform about the replacement cost beforehand. Not like you made it and than tell that it was not a free replacement. The second cocktail (cold) was even worse... To much alcohol and Grenadine. no balance of taste, even from one sip is evident. So we left it untouched. THIS IS NOT A BAR. The staff of 29.09.2021 , from 21:00 PM - is not professional : Waitress and barman. Not polite, arrogant , very aggressive behavior of the girl. The evening...
Read moreCustomers would love to come to your place for an experience that you are offering. One can buy beer anywhere - but why do they come to you ? I would love to think for the experience that you create with the drinks you offer.
I was very disappointed to experience an unfriendly welcome as I walked in on a hot summer day, with a local sandwich in my hand. Very impolite and unprofessional way as I was asked to leave.
I can understand that you do not allow outside food, but you could have easily changed this as an outstanding experience offering beer on a very hot day, possibly on the patio and win hearts and business and promote local food at the same time.
Alternatively, you can have politely say “ sorry we do not allow outside food, but you are welcome to have a drink after you are done with your lovely sandwich”.
What happened to customer experience and customer is treating as if God.
I am a business man too and we treat our customers properly, politely and with respect, even when they are wrong - “ customer is god, but god could be wrong sometimes, but treat with respect and earn respect, win businesses and hearts”
My two cents...
Read moreThe food is not that bad, the place itself is truly beautiful. But one person totally ruined the whole mood with his unprofessional and rude behavior. We went there to celebrate my cousin's 21st birthday, she decided that she will cover the bill, but when I saw the prices I decided to pay for my order, the waiter who turned out to be the manager (had a moon tattoo on his neck) heard the last part and commented "how generous of you to pay for your own order" and followed with "If you're short on cash you can work in mcdonald's nearby" when confronted about this, he said that he was only joking and "I'm sorry if I insulted you" of course he had to follow with "if you are not sufficiently self aware and distanced then you could have told me that the joke was inappropriate right away as it would be the more mature approach" I really do not care if someone was trying to insult me or just joke around, but the manager's response which was just a poor gaslighting attempt really made me angry. Because of this unfortunate event mixed with poor price-quality ratio I do not recommend this place...
