Delta Dietla - Wine bar Kraków — Restaurant in Krakow

We came to this place for the first time unfortunately for us during the event in another part of the space.

First unpleasant impression was when person who was supposed to advise the sweet wine brought the semi dry saying that it is the sweetest i can get, later on the waitress said that person was mistaken and proposed muscatel

With the wine we ordered baked camembert cheese and were waiting for it for more than 45 minutes

While one of us ordered aperol spritz and found out that there are neither straws provided nor the drink was mixed. Ice melted on the top while the strongest alcohol left on the bottom. Drink was left on the table

Also there is no vegan option for snacks ( could be just olives with crisps but there was nothing)

After finishing the glass of red wine we found a lot of sediment...

I am a woman visiting from California, which is known for its wine industry. After the first sip of a red wine I ordered, I asked the waiter if the bottle he had poured from was opened that day since I could taste that it was stale. He said it had not been opened that day. I asked for a glass that had been opened that day and he gave me a different wine. I ordered 2 glasses of that wine. Nevertheless he charged me for the first glass which I had detected came from a stale bottle. He claimed that it was me and not the bottle. The very fact that I knew from the first sip that the wine was opened before that day should have been enough.
