An 8pm classical concert seemed like a good idea and were rather pleased that we attended. 3 violins, a cello and a double bass made up a core quintet. These were accompanied by guitar, trumpet or piano on occasion. The guitarist and pianist in particular were rather accomplished musicians. It's a 1-hour concert in a church, so don't expect extraordinary levels of comfort from a wooden pew. However, it was comfortably warm and the music selection was made up of more popular classics. Mozart's Eine Kleine Nachtmusik happens to be one of my own favourites and it was lovely to hear that being played rather well. If you have an hour to kill then it's a quick culture fix. Tickets are inexpensive. I seem to recall that they were approximately 80 Polish Zloty (£16) each. We purchased our tickets at the door just 5 minutes before the concert was due to start. They will take card or cash.

Yes the church is beautiful but this review is for the symphony concert at night. It's the end of April 2023 and it's 7 degrees outside, but the inside of the church is more like 4. Two stars are because, the church is really really cold. We couldn't hear the orchestra very well. Really annoying to see at the end of the show, some of the customers putting blankets into big baskets on their way out!! No idea where the toilets are. All of this discomfort could have been avoided with a simple introduction!! There was nothing, the musicians just walked in, sat down and started playing. Introduction!! Hello everyone, thank you for coming to our show blah blah, the toilets are there, it's very cold in the church so we've provided some blankets for you over here etc. Instead we just sit here listening to this very quiet music slowly catching a cold whilst needing the...

Młodsze ale równie piękne - apostołowie sprzed kościoła śś. Piotra i Pawła w Krakowie. Świętych Apostołów Piotra i Pawła górujących nad ul. Prawdopodobnie dopiero przed I wojną światową wykonano zabieg fluatowania (nasycania kamiennych elementów architektonicznych roztworem soli kwasu fluorokrzemowego w celu ich zabezpieczenia). To tu pod czujnym okiem specjalistów w osobach m.in. prof.
