I rarely write reviews, but my experience was frustrating enough that I feel it's important to share. I had a simple question about a product ( very bad coffee ) but the customer service representative I spoke to was incredibly rude and dismissive from the start. Instead of trying to help, they acted like I was inconveniencing them just by asking for assistance.

There was no attempt to resolve my issue or even treat me with basic courtesy. I left the conversation feeling more confused and upset than when I started. I won’t be returning, and I’d caution others to think twice before having breakfast here if respectful, helpful service is something...

Hello, I was on a business trip, just checked in to a hotel and wanted to have a quick lunch. Found this café and was not disappointed. There was some sushi menu, but I ignored and ordered from the usual one. Traditional home made food, I ate there twice. Paid around ~£6 for the main dish and coffee and would happy to pay double for the quality of the food I had there. Didn't know Polish, but the staff was happy with English, Ukrainian and Russian. Visited on Tłusty Czwartek (Fat Thursday), Poland's equivalent to Pancake Day where everyone feasts on doughnuts like they're going out of fashion, so naturally queues are expected at any location selling them throughout the day.... now, I generally like Lajkonik's, however I thought that the doughnuts sold on this special day were expensive, considering they did not taste fresh, or sweet, but were rather more like dry bread, with a filling. I expected better from this...
