I rarely write reviews, but my experience was frustrating enough that I feel it's important to share. I had a simple question about a product ( very bad coffee ) but the customer service representative I spoke to was incredibly rude and dismissive from the start. Instead of trying to help, they acted like I was inconveniencing them just by asking for assistance.

There was some sushi menu, but I ignored and ordered from the usual one. Traditional home made food, I ate there twice. Paid around ~£6 for the main dish and coffee and would happy to pay double for the quality of the food I had there. Didn't know Polish, but the staff was happy with English, Ukrainian and Russian.
