Milin Cafè — Restaurant in Krakow

Place is looking great, and we really wanted just to have some cup of coffee. But after 10 minutes in queue when another person before me was served, I was informed that I need to go and wait behind the table for waitress. Ok. Waiting another 10 minutes, and I can see that people who came after me were served first. Taking into account that we had limited time because of parked car, could not just waiting longer, because in that case all the time would be spent in cafe only.

I understand that personal is overwhelmed with people after quarantine. But you need to find the way to improve the service. Please use cards with numbers, or some another way to handle the queue properly, it should not be like that.

Ps. Waitress still did not come to us that time even to ask what's the order..... We gave another attempt before leaving - but unfortunately result...

The place was crowded as this is only café at the Botanical garden. It was a huge line waiting for place an order. It is downside of this place. But when already at the counter the girl was taking an order quickly. They also being the order to the table. We have ordered the croissants, one savoury and one sweet with almonds. It was delicious, both of them. Although my capuccino was small, too small, with cold milk foam, I don't know how it is possible, but it was half cold. No toilets here, but you can find them at the garden. They also sell the flowers and some books for children next to the counter. I like it here if not the entrance for children, and family with the stloeers which was just...

July 2025: while the renovation is amazing and now this once-upon-a-time charming place is a beautiful AC greenhouse with a beautiful terrace, it has lost all its charm. The team has changed too. Now there are a couple of 20 yo, one of which lives in lalaland. No more cake of day, hello big, loud groups drinking beer. Bummer. It used to be a very inspiring, artistic, vintage place. Now it’s good but different good. No longer a favorite. Plus… incredibly expensive since you have to pay 22zl to go in.
