Ferment is a fantastic wine shop with a knowledgable and enthusiastic staff. We were able to learn a lot about the growth of the Polish wine culture from the sommelier (WSET certified). As novices to Polish wine, we were able to try 3 white wines, an orange wine, and a red wine before deciding which bottle to enjoy at the bar. This place just opened a few days before we brought our first visit after we found a Facebook-event introducing this new venue.

This first visit will definitely not be our last visit. They have a good variety of wines and whisky’s and the collection will even be bigger as we were told.

The owner is very friendly and knowledgeable. The place looks nice and clean and the ham that was served was amazing.

We were told that the store / bar will be hosting multiple events and I am sure I will be there very often! Super happy...
